A federally certified accountant (Swiss CPA) and auditing expert, he worked as Senior Partner at one of the “big four” audit companies and has thirty years of experience in auditing and corporate consultancy, especially in the industrial sector, financial sector (banks, securities dealers, asset managers of collective investments schemes, financial intermediaries) and casinos.
Gianluca Ambrogini, Member and Director
An auditing expert, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA, member of the Swiss Institute of Internal Auditors) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM, member of the Global Association of Risk Professional) with a long experience in auditing and corporate consultancy, especially in the financial sector (banks, securities dealers, asset managers of collective investments schemes, financial intermediaries).
Stefano Caccia, Member
An auditing expert, former Senior Partner of EY with responsibility for the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland, with over thirty years of experience in auditing and business consulting for local and international companies, particularly in the commercial, industrial and service sectors. He was President of the Italian Switzerland Section of EXPERTsuisse.
